We slit UHMW, PTFE and PTFE-impregnated glass cloth tapes to the width you need, in1 mm steps. Slitting is done in our own shop rather than subcontracted, so the minimum order is one roll.

Custom widths ship within 5 business days. In practice most recent orders left within 2 business days; we confirm the date when we quote, once the width, quantity and stock position are known.

Similar tapes are sold on online catalogue sites, but ordering directly from us can come to around half the listed price in some cases. Prices depend on width, length and quantity, so we confirm them in a quotation (same day at the earliest).

Standard widths and custom widths

Our standard widths come from inch sizes, which is why the list reads 19, 25, 38 and 51 mm. A width that is not on that list can still be made.

How wide we can go, by product

The upper limit differs by product, because the master roll we hold differs by product.

Any width within the bar can be set in 1 mm steps. The upper end is the widest standard width of that product.

Lead times move with width, quantity and stock position. Shipping from Japan is quoted separately.

STEP 1

Product or application, width, length and quantity. If the product, width or length is not decided yet, say so and describe the application instead.
STEP 2
We quote
We come back with a price and a lead time based on the width and quantity. Questions are easiest to settle at this stage.
STEP 3
We slit and ship
Slitting is done in house. Every roll, including custom widths, is inspected before it leaves us.
